Process Metrics

Intensive hands-on training in how to successfully
assess and analyze Process Metrics in the process environment

Two-day Workshop
Complete our online registration form and we'll keep you posted on the nest workshop.

Today in the Process Metrics environment we collect, analyze, chart, and wallpaper conference rooms with Metrics, formerly called Measures. Management looks at the collection of Metrics and uses a small percentage of them for reporting status. After careful analysis by Metrics experts we find that 95% of the metrics fall into the category of non-value-added and the balance have either business-value-added or real-value-added.

Our challenge for Process Metrics is to show you how to analyze the nonconformance task/activities. Then we will define how to spot nonconformance, assess and analyze them in the process environment, applying the Metric fix to the activity/task. With the skills, knowledge and experience gained in Process Metrics sessions, you will be equipped to deal with the nonconformance Metric items in your own work environment.

Description:
The Process Metrics workshop provides a new perspective on the importance of Performance Metrics. You will learn the following:

  • What is Process Metrics?
  • Process Metrics for the new Agile/Lean paradigms
  • What is a Non-Conformance (NC) activity/task (the MUDA)?
  • What are Non-Value-Added (NVS), Business-Value-Added (BVA) or Real-Value-Added (RVA) process issues?
  • Being customer focused
  • What is Constraint Metrics?
  • Learn a framework to apply Process Metrics
  • What are your opportunities (problems) with your Process Metrics

Questions about whether this course is right for you?
