Contact BPMF

BPM-Focus (BPMF) is a new member network formed by the recent merger of Enix Consulting and WARIA (Workflow and Reengineering International Association). The new organization extends the traditional services offered by Enix and WARIA through a range of educational services focused around the BPM arena. The BPMF Learning Framework is a program of BPM Development & Deployment courses incorporating best practices for BPM project delivery and supporting techniques from the very best thinkers in the industry.

Both organizations have traded continuously since 1992 and this merger is a natural extension of a long tradition of collaboration. WARIA's mission was to build a virtual community that helped its members make sense of the intersection of Business Process Management, Workflowand Electronic Commerce, reaching clarity through sharing experiences, product evaluations, networking between users and vendors, education and training.

Enix has operated as a niche consulting and research firm focused on business processes (from their understanding and modeling to active support). Through its founder, Derek Miers, the organization has established a unique thought leadership position in the BPM industry, exploring the impact of these emerging technologies on business strategy, the value chain and technology strategies.
